Stay Active:Martial Arts

Martial arts is very cool and helps you get a good workout but you don't just get good overnight you have to practice practice practice. My father is a master of the art and is teaching me. Right now I'm a yellow belt but I think I'm about to get my blue belt. You may not believe this but I've been working towards my black belt for about  year. As you can see it takes time to get a black belt. Don't just think of martial arts as just a bunch of punches and kicks you can add a football move, a gymnastics moves, and even a cheer leading move. You can add anything that you want to but make sure that it coincides with your technique.  You can sign up at your local community center or someplace around town. Have fun with your training!
